2021: NL - predator season opening - Pike, Pike Perch and Perch

May 30, 31 and June 1, 2021 I was on the water with my buddy Rob Kraaijeveld www.robfishingguide.com

Due to the Covid pandemic there has been no holiday for a long time so I was ready for this three day trip!

We had three fantastic 'sunny' days on the water. I love fly fishing the big lakes from a boat. Especially from Rob's Orca! Not all predators were eating (lots of followers) but we managed to land 17 fish in three days. Not a bad moyenne on fly rod. Although I must say Rob landed most of the fish as he outfished me 11 to 6.
