2011: Denmark - trophy sea trout

Over the years we have done many trips to Denmark. The crystal clear sea water and beautiful sea trout are very appealing. I usually fish an Airflo slow intermediate 6/7 sixth sense line with a 12ft leader (28/00). Sea trout can be picky so you'll need flies from #12 to #2. This trip fish were scarce so I decided to focus on a big (Partridge CS11#4) white spey hackle shrimp with fluo orange eyes. It paid off! On Funen I hooked and landed this 80cm sea trout.
