Can I pick up my order at Elberse International?
Yes, you can! But we do not have regular opening hours so you will need to contact us to make an appointment.

Are the products on this website delivered from stock?
Yes, stock is allocated so if you order it is delivered from our own stock.

Who do I buy from? 
You're buying from Elberse International.

I need a higher quantity from a product than available in the webshop. Is that possible?
Yes, if you let us know what product and qty you need, we can check stock from our wholesale company Elberse International and add it to the webshop.

When will my parcel ship? 
You're parcel will ship on working days, Monday to Friday. We normally ship within 24 hours after receiving your order.

When will I receive my parcel?
That all depends on what country you order from. We ship using MyParcel from the Netherlands. 

I can't order, how come? 
If you're not able to place an order it  could mean that we have not added your country to the list of countries allowed to order. That may have to do with payment acceptance as we do not accept Credit card payments at this stage. We can however supply all over the world based on pre-payment by Bank wire. Simply e-mail your order to info@elbi.nl and we will send you a Pro forma invoice including Bank wire details.

Why am I receiving the Newsletter? 
You automatically receive our weekly Newsletter when you subscribe or when you have ordered from us. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter please unsubscribe on the bottom of the Newsletter.
